Personal project of mine that I first came up with while taking one of Barron Storey's illustration class at SJSU many moons ago.  Barron is one of the best instructors I've ever had and one of my biggest influences as an artist.   The top two images I did recently, the bottom image is one of my thumbnails I did while in Barron's class.

Zombape

This whole zombie outbreak thing has been a major bummer for a lot of people as well as gorillas, chimps, monkeys, etc....... Before the out break, this guy (Frank the Chimp) for example was not only a San Francisco Zoo favorite, but he was also a devoted husband and father.  Zoo goers marveled at the innovative ways in which he would fling his poop at Zoo Keeper Gary and shower Steve the Orangutan with his hot streams of urine in the neighboring cage.  He was a gentle, sweet soul who loved nothing more than sharing a warm churro with his son Lil' Beave on a foggy SF day.  Now the poor sonofa bitch spends the better part of his day foraging for rats, parrots, babies and the like in an attempt to quench his thirst for the flesh of the living.  I'm coming for yah Frank and I'm goina' put a bullet right between your sad simian eyes.
